Billy Dean Hooser was born on December 18, 1973, to Dayton and Bonnie Reeves Hooser in Cleburne, Texas. He was the second of seven children. The family relocated to Utah in 1984, where Billy met his wife, Kinda Edwards, in 1992. They exchanged vows on September 14, 1995. Together, they were blessed with two daughters, Shayle (born 1997) and Courtney (born 1999). Billy cherished his role as a father and welcomed his sons-in-law, Jake and Karson, into the family with open arms. He adored his family and was immensely proud of them. Billy's passion for the community he served only continued to grow, and he rose through the ranks with pride, serving as Corporal, Detective, and ultimately, Sergeant. He was deeply committed to his work and held immense respect for his colleagues. |
