Ed Powell is a famous character within the soundboard pranks community, he was first introduced in the video "A Cop Calls Bail Bondsman and Sgt. Fields".
Ed Powell is a police officer in the Cleveland third district. He was initially called by the Springfield Pervert soundboard.
