Fred Gordon Herbert was a bail bondsman who was the victim of a series of prank phone calls, which resulted in him being turned into his own soundboard.
Fred died aged 74[1], and will forever be memorialized in the soundboard prank community.
Fred was a bail bondsman for 46 years, and a cop before that for 4 or 5 years so he's seen it all.
